It's About Balance

      I would love to say that I have my life under control 100% off the time. I don't. There are some days where I go to class, go to work, squeeze in some study time before I volunteer and then cook a healthy dinner for myself before going to the gym. Other days I roll out of bed 20 minutes before I have to go to class and forget to eat all day, often finding myself staying up way too late to study for a test I have the next day. I don't beat myself up over those days. It's about balance. Not everyday is going to be perfect or go exactly as planned. It's important to be mindful and accept the days that go wrong, but appreciate the days that go right. If something goes wrong, find a way to change it. If you can't do anything about it, don't cause yourself unnecessary stress by worrying. Take a breath. Tomorrow's a new day. Embrace it.
